We've acquired Loanezi, the Queensland brokerage founded by Renee Tocco. The deal completed in September. It brings Loanezi's brand, database and digital assets into the Co-Pilot network.

Why Loanezi?
Because its clients look like ours. Loanezi was built on business owners, and so were we.

Loanezi comes with an established base of business-owner clients and the vendor referral relationships Renee has built. Those clients now get access to the full Co-Pilot range: business finance, personal finance and insurance under one roof.
What happens to the Loanezi name?
It stays. We're keeping Loanezi as its own brand while we expand what it offers. If you're a Loanezi client, nothing changes about who you deal with tomorrow. You just get more options.
Our head office will run the business to start with. It may move to one of our Gold Coast agencies down the track.
What about Renee?
This is the second time Renee has sold Loanezi. She sold it to Prospa in 2021, bought it back in 2023, and is now stepping back from day-to-day broking to pursue allied health and healthtech. She and George go back more than a decade.
We expect her to join our board as a non-executive director as we build toward a future capital raise.

How does this fit the bigger plan?
We're two years in with 15 agencies. The target is 100 nationally, all focused on SMEs.
The difference is ownership. We own every one of our business units outright. We're not an aggregator that signs up any broker who applies. That's slower, but it means every agency carries the same standards and the same focus on the business owner.
